Shrimp and Crab in a Creamy Homemade Cajun Alfredo Sauce Over Pasta

For the Alfredo sauce I chop and sauté red and green bell peppers, half an onion and 1 celery stick in a little butter, 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning and 3 cloves of minced garlic, sautéed greens and 3 tablespoons flour. Stir until garlic softens, then add 1 cup of pasta water and 1 cup of cream, 2 cups of freshly grated parmesan cheese, black pepper and garlic powder to taste. Stir well, once the cheese is smooth and creamy, turn the heat down. Now I cook my cajun seasoned shrimp in butter until pink. Add shrimp to sauce and stir, add crab and gently fold into sauce. Now add pasta of your choice or serve over rice, parmesan or pasta. Hope this makes sense lol please enjoy
